Phase Two
HOA & Full Design Engineering Drawings
Permit set of Drawings; This phase begins (1) week after receiving Phase #2 check for services.
Phase Three
HOA Submittals & Approvals
We provide HOA a set of plans specifically for their association with all the details and finish materials. We complete all applications and submit them for approvals.
Phase Four
Building Department Submittals & Permit Approvals
Similar to phase 3, we complete all applications, submit the design and structural plans to the city and pull the permits.
Phase Five
Line-Item Pricing & Addendum

Phase Six
Construction Process
This phase begins (4) Weeks after receiving the first payments for Phase #6.This is where we get to see all the hard work come to life. Now that we have the best materials, full scale plans, and the timeline to completion, this is the final step before your dream becomes a reality.
