Tucked in Villa Park, California is the location of our next major design-build project. With major cities and beaches surrounding this quiet oasis, the Lincoln Lazy River project is the perfect spot to get away while being at your own home.

Villa Park Dream Backyard
1. The Pool Design
In this project, our design-build team will be constructing a dream backyard with incredible features. Our client knows they can trust their project manager to handle every detail while staying within the budget.
The goal here is to build an amazing pool area that includes a lazy river. This swimming pool will transition from 4 feet deep to 6 feet and include a baja shelf area to allow for lounging. This will make it feel like a resort right in your own backyard.
This pool will also have a custom built swim up bar with four stools placed in the water. It will even have a sunken island in the center of the pool near the bar area. This lazy river will continue it’s luxurious setting with a raised spa with an infinity edge waterfall that will flow back into the pool.
2. The Landscaping
The landscaping is what brings this oasis together. Having beautiful shrubs and local flowers makes it feel more private and relaxing. This new landscaping will include natural rock surrounding the stairs and natural granite slate rock finished around the spa. The waterfall will be finished with a natural stone look to tie in the natural landscaping.
To add on to the natural look of this lazy river, there will also be a built-in bridge running across the river and gorgeous foliage surrounding it. We will be putting in strawberry trees to enhance the California look with saucer plants, kaffir lilies and Mexican bush sage to bring a pop of color. For texture, we will add in some ferns and lush grass.
3. The Lighting
You can’t complete a backyard project without lights. Lighting adds ambiance and brings a coziness to the scene. With outdoor LED string lighting and iridescent pool lights, this yard will be stunning.
